Breakfast, receptions and dinners can take place in the splendour of the 18th-century John Madejski Fine Rooms. This suite of rooms contains works from the Academy's private collection.

Guests can also have a private view of current exhibitions. At Burlington Gardens, situated off Old Bond Street, the West Room is a clean, white double height room used for all types of events from PR launches and fashion shows to elegant drinks receptions and dinners. The space, combined with the adjacent foyer can accommodate up to 700 guests for a drinks reception and up to 200 for dinner.
