Wedding at Syon Park Great Conservatory

This bride and groom chose the crowning glory of Syon Park's gardens, the Great Conservatory as the venue to hold their lavish celebration. The towering pillars and glass dome of the grand building requires little dressing however tall vases of plump bright white roses and rich foliage provided stunning table centres to the otherwise neutral aspect of the table design.

Guests dined on a starter of terrine of guinea fowl with foie gras and smoked ham hock, marinated beetroot and golden raisin puree, followed by a main course of breast of gressingham duck, confit leg beignet, sweet potato dauphinoise with fine beans and an orange and ginger reduction.

Dessert offered a summery twist with a raspberry trio of raspberry marshmallow soufflé, raspberry millefeuille and raspberry macaroon.
