Observer Food Monthly Awards Official Caterer

create were thrilled to be the Official Caterer of the Guardian Observer Food Monthly Awards 2011, "the biggest night in British Food", at the County Hall Galleries last month.

Heston Blumenthal, Michel Roux Snr, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and other celebrated chefs, restaurateurs and producers filled the London Film Museum for this year's OFM Awards and create were delighted to showcase a delicious array of custom made canapés and pots to these prestigious guests.

Post the event, The OFM magazine commended the "excellent catering from the first class Create Food and Party Design" which had been circulated amongst the food royalty.

The menu was designed by our product development team giving priority to seasonality and sustainability of the ingredients.
