SENIOR PARTY CREATOR

Reporting to: Serena Thompson, Sales Account Director

PRIMARY ROLE:
• Promote create's offer to venues, agents and clients
• Manage lead enquiries to completion
• Increase business levels of targeted client groups
• Work as company ambassador, attending promotional events
• Build upon the reputation of create as preeminent venue caterer
• Achieve annual sales targets

THE PERSON:
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• Driven and creative, with a passion to exceed expectations
• Requires a good command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Proven track record
• Ability to work to sales targets
• Strong work ethic towards positive outcomes for the business

Based at: create head office, Wimbledon Park
Salary: depending on experience

INTERNSHIPS
create food and party design are looking for two interns to come and work with us at our custom built headquarters in Wimbledon, London.

You will develop and gain experience in the following areas:
Sustainable and seasonal catering - interpersonal skills - sales - event design - account management - advanced communication systems - menu development - corporate social responsibility - organisation management - business development - communication and presentation

We also offer two week work experience opportunities.

SOUS CHEF
We are looking for a Sous Chef with experience in either banqueting or events.

You will be working in a high pressure environment for high-profile events in both the prep kitchen and on event locations. You must be reliable, punctual and able to manage large kitchen teams.

Will include:
• Planning menus
• Organising staff
• Placing food orders
• Checking deliveries
• Ensuring that all food storage areas, utensils and equipment meet health and safety regulations
• Be a source of motivation for the whole food production team

Fluent speaking English is essential and you must be eligible to work in the UK. Food hygiene Certificates required.
