Corporate Entertaining at Two Temple Place
With an imposing casket of Portland stone on the exterior, Two Temple Place is a testament to the skills and expertise of some of the finest sculptors of the nineteenth century. The interior combines the grandeur of a state occasion with its dark wood panelling with the intimacy of a party in a private house.
With rich red damask cloths and Da Vinci glassware, the intention of this 4 course dinner was to impress and delight. Guests were treated to a starter of langoustines with cumbrian ham, pickled apple puree and brazil nuts and a main course of roast fillet of beef, confit of beef cheek, chicory tart tatin and trompette and port jus. A dessert of chocolate earl grey soufflé, candied quince ice cream and quince jelly was followed with a cheese course and port.
